If we're replacing an existing SonicWall or other router that requires complex billing rates (Cisco, Watchguard, Sophos, etc...) the customer is eligible for a free additional year of security services added to then number of years they purchase.

If the customer does not already have a WattBox, they will be quoted one.

Adequate is defined as a UPS that is less than 3 years old, minimum of 1000VA rating, and in good working condition (no faults/alarms.) If they do not, they will be quoted a replacement/upgrade. SonicWall requires all appliances be connected to power protection or the hardware warranty is null and void.
